Wholesale / Drop Ship FAQ

• We do not offer a paper catalog. Our website contains information on all our products and serves as our catalog.
• Free samples are not available. If you would like to sample our products please purchase through the retail pages of our site.
• There are no minimum order levels for our drop shipping program.
• Web branding available on all wholesale / drop ship products.

Wholesale Drop Ship Details

Qualifying- Businesses who can provide valid tax ID numbers / resale numbers qualify for our drop shipping program. Participation in our drop ship program does not mean you are in our employ, it just means that we are offering our wares to you at a discount. It is your responsibility to collect payment from your customers as well as report income and taxes that you generate through the course of your business.

Discount-Drop ship partners receive as much as a 40% discount when they shop through our blind drop shipping store.

Participation- Drop shipping partners may offer products found in our blind drop shipping store. You are responsible for setting your own sale prices and can use our retail prices as a guide if you like. You may also use our product descriptions. There are pictures in the drop ship store for your use. We do not allow drop shippers to sell our products at online auctions but we do permit you to offer them to customers through your websites, craft shows and walk in store fronts.

Payment-Since the items we craft are made by hand, payment is due up front. We collect payment before work actually begins on all drop ship / wholesale orders. Accepted forms of payment include visa, mastercard, discover, and all forms of paypal.

Shipping- For the most part we do not ship internationally, but make the occasional acception for customers who inquire in advance. Our shopping cart will supply exact shipping costs to ship the order to the delivery zip code you enter on the first page of our cart. Shipping costs are paid entirely by you. We can ship directly to your customer or to you. We will ship to whichever address you list as the delivery address and via whatever delivery method you select during checkout. (Please be aware that UPS will not ship to PO boxes.) If you prefer blind shipping please check “Blind Shipping / No Invoice” during checkout. Your order will usually ship within 5 business days. These times are estimates. Current order processing times are always found in the left side of our site.

Wholesale / Drop Ship Sign Up Form Serious inquiries only. All fields are required. Business Name Your Name Tax Id #, Vendor # or Resale # We will verify this # with your state's department of revenue or secretary of state's office. Business Address- Email Address An email containing more information about our wholesale / drop ship program will be sent to this address. Where will you be offering our products for sale? If through your website please enter it's url here too. Check To Join Our Wholesale / Drop Ship Mailing List. Doing so will enable you to receive updates for the drop ship program. Submissions are reviewed on a monthly basis. (We reserve the right to decline any submission without explanation.)
