There are 4 effective ways to contact us.
- Our store is interent based so of course
email is the most fitting contact method. Email is
checked about 8am and through out the day and in the evening but not regularly after 4:00pm EST. We receive about 100 e-mails a day so if we do not get back to you within
48 hours please e-mail again. Your e-mail was filtered as spam and we did not receive it. Thanks!
- We have a secure message form for sending sensitive personal information. Lelaine is the
only one who has access to these secure messages so you can feel safe supplying your personal information.

- And due to the fact that our physical address is also our home, we do keep “shop hours.”
You can call (724) 265-2720 if you’d like to phone us during shop hours 9am-5pm EST. And during those times when we may be at lunch, up to our elbows in wax or out of the
shop please leave a message on our answering machine. It answers 24/7 and you’ll have the choice to leave a message for a Marzolf or Pebble Creek Candles. Please leave you name
and number and Lelaine will get back to you ASAP.
