Return Policy
- If for you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or refund your money. (This offer does not
apply to products that have been used unless defective or to uninsured orders that were lost or broken during shipping.)
- Return product and invoice in the original packing material at your cost. Pack with care as we will not provide refunds or
exchanges for items that are broken when we receive them.
- This guarantee is good for up to 30 days after purchase.

Shipping Policy
- All our products can safely ship year round. Gel wax has a much higher melt point than paraffin and soy waxes so hot
weather is not a shipping issue.
- Insured shipping is available during checkout and recommended. We will not be held liable for uninsured orders that are
broken, mishandled or lost during shipping. If your insured order suffers damage please report breakage with in 5 days. At our discretion a refund or replacement will be given. Damage or breakage
issues reported after 5 days may be irresoluble.
- We can not be responsible for an incorrect shipping address, please double check your information.
- While we try to ship all orders in a timely manner. During peak seasons retail orders may take up to a week to craft,
wholesale orders may take 2 weeks.
- When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking number if applicable so
that you can check the progress of your order.
