- We have a secure message form for sending sensitive personal information. Lelaine is the only one who has access to these secure messages so you can feel safe supplying your personal information.
- If you’d like to reach us by phone please dial (724) 265-2720. And during those times when we may be at dinner,
up to our elbows in wax or out of the shop please leave a message on our answering machine. It answers 24/7 and you’ll have the choice to leave a message for Pebble
Creek Candles. Please leave you name, number and reason for your call Lelaine will get back to you.

- We do NOT give or sell any information on our customers.
- We do NOT believe in spam.
- Our shopping cart is secure. So is the message for attached that’s integrated into the cart.
- We do gain access to customer's credit card information but keep that information strictly confidential!!
Return
- If for you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or refund your money. (This offer does not apply to
products that have been used unless defective or to uninsured orders that were lost or broken during shipping.)
- Return product and invoice in the original packing material at your cost. Pack with care as we will not provide refunds or
exchanges for items that are broken when we receive them.
- This guarantee is good for up to 30 days after purchase.
Shipping
- Our cart estimates shipping costs. Actual weight is not obtained until your order is processed for shipment. At that time if
actual shipping is less the excess (rounded $ amount) will be refunded back to your credit card or paypal account. If actual shipping is more there’ll be no additional charge.
- Insured shipping is available during checkout and recommended. We will not be held liable for uninsured orders that are broken,
mishandled or lost during shipping. If your insured order suffers damage please report breakage with in 5 days. At our discretion a refund or replacement will be given. Damage or breakage
issues reported after 5 days may be handled.
- We can not be responsible for an incorrect shipping address, please double check your information.
- While we try to ship all orders in a timely manner. During peak seasons retail orders may take up to a week to craft. Current
crafting time is displayed on left of each page.
- When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking number if applicable so that you
can check the progress of your shipment.

- Paypal- We accept all forms of Paypal.

- Personal Checks- We do not accept personal checks or
money orders except under special circumstances when previous arrangements have been made.
